Our artists get to work! You’ll receive a preview of your portrait within 3 business days. From there, you can request any changes before it goes to print.
Definitely. We offer unlimited revisions — we want you to be 100% happy before printing. Just let us know what you’d like adjusted.

Yes! We always send a digital preview for your approval before anything is printed or shipped.
You can cancel for a full refund before we begin working on your portrait. After that, cancellations aren’t possible — but if something arrives damaged, we’ll reprint and resend it for free.

If you already ordered one, it’ll be emailed shortly after you approve your design. Check your spam folder if you don’t see it within 15 minutes.
We may reject photos if they’re too blurry, dark, distant, or the pet’s face isn’t clearly visible. Don’t worry — we’ll let you know and help you choose a better one. Check our Photo Guide for examples.

Once you approve your preview, your order goes into production. Delivery times are:
Australia & New Zealand: 4–5 business days
UK: 4–5 business days
USA & Canada: 6–7 business days
Rest of the World: 7–21 business days

As soon as your order ships, you’ll get a tracking email with a link to follow your package’s journey.

Once issued, refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
