Yes! If you’re unsure whether your pet’s photo is suitable, send it to support@pawinks.com and we’ll review it for you — no pressure to buy.

Our artists get to work! You’ll receive a preview of your portrait within 3 business days. From there, you can request any changes before it goes to print.

Definitely. We offer unlimited revisions — we want you to be 100% happy before printing. Just let us know what you’d like adjusted.

Please allow up to 2 business days per round of changes, depending on the request.

Yes! We always send a digital preview for your approval before anything is printed or shipped.

You can cancel for a full refund before we begin working on your portrait. After that, cancellations aren’t possible — but if something arrives damaged, we’ll reprint and resend it for free.

You can:

• Add a digital copy at checkout
  
• Request one after preview approval
  
• Purchase it separately if you change your mind later

If you already ordered one, it’ll be emailed shortly after you approve your design. Check your spam folder if you don’t see it within 15 minutes.

We may reject photos if they’re too blurry, dark, distant, or the pet’s face isn’t clearly visible. Don’t worry — we’ll let you know and help you choose a better one. Check our Photo Guide for examples.

We love hearing creative ideas from our customers! While we can’t guarantee every suggestion will make it into our store, we’re always open to inspiration — feel free to send us your vision.

Once you approve your preview, your order goes into production. Delivery times are:

• Australia & New Zealand: 4–5 business days
  
• UK: 4–5 business days
  
• USA & Canada: 6–7 business days
  
• Rest of the World: 7–21 business days
  

You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

As soon as your order ships, you’ll get a tracking email with a link to follow your package’s journey.

We’ve got you! Just email us with photos of the damage, and we’ll send a free replacement right away.

Once issued, refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

We’re available Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM AEST, and aim to respond to all messages within 24 hours.
