We believe in getting every whisker and wag just right, and we're dedicated to working with you through multiple revisions to ensure your artwork is absolutely paw-fect!
🖌️ Our Unlimited Revision Promise: Before finalizing your order, we'll share drafts and collaborate with you to capture your pet's personality. We're here to tweak and tune until you're 100% happy with the final piece. This collaborative process helps us ensure that your personalized product is exactly what you envisioned.
💔 In the Rare Event of a Faulty Product: We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. If your artwork arrives in a less-than-purrfect condition due to shipping or other rare occurrences, we've got your back. Simply contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at support@pawinks.com, and we'll make it right, whether it's a redo or a full refund.
💳 Refunds: In the event of a refund due to a faulty product, we'll process it promptly once we confirm the issue. You can expect it to find its way back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow a bit more time for your bank to handle the transaction.
