Mockup Creation: We’ll design your custom portrait within 1–2 business days.
Approval: You’ll receive a preview to approve or request edits.
Production & Shipping: After approval, your portrait is sent to production and shipped.
Australia: 4–5 business days
New Zealand: 4–5 business days
United Kingdom: 4–5 business days
United States: 6–7 business days
Canada: 6–7 business days
Rest of the World: 7–21 business days
Free shipping on all orders over $100 within Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, Ireland, the United States, and Canada.
For orders under $100, a flat rate of $10 applies.
For all other countries, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, including your tracking number(s).
Paw Inks is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees applied to your order. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.
Paw Inks is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us and we’ll help you lodge a claim with the carrier. Please keep all packaging and photographs of the damage.
